What is CBT?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) consists of a variety of therapies and techniques that focus on one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This present-focused therapy tends to be time limited and is a well-supported treatment with strong empirical support and is grounded in established scientific concepts.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Clients learn to acknowledge and embrace their full range of emotions and experiences and fully commit to a life that is worth living in accordance with their values.

Exposure Therapy
Clients learn to approach their fears, typically in a gradual manner, to decrease anxiety and OCD related symptoms. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold standard of treatment for OCD.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Clients learn to regulate and manage their emotions and increase their abilities to navigate social relationships.
